Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponders and shield your email accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just choose the email account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
